We had the absolute pleasure of having Brandi Boulet, prosthetics department head on AppleTV’s See and Michael Walsh, a CMU College grad and member of the makeup team on the show, join us at CMU College as part of our Industry Expert Series. Walsh and Boulet spoke to our students about working in the Film & TV industry and shared tips and tricks for SFX makeup application. The two talented makeup artists did a demo for our students, transforming CMU instructor, Mason Mummery into a post-Apocalyptic dystopian warrior inspired by the show’s lead Jason Momoa full of blood, scars and prosthetic application.
